The UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) is UP Diliman's
premier career assistance organization and serves as every
undergraduate student's career development partner, with a
focus on business and economics related opportunities.

CAREER FAIR 2025: One Sky, Boundless Horizons

The UP Career Assistance Program’s Career Fair is the largest university-wide career fair of UP Diliman and the largest student-run career fair in the country that services over 3,000 students from different colleges and universities year after year. The fair hosts different career preparedness events to assist students leading up to job recruitment season come March.
