UP Career Assistance Program was founded in 1987 for UP College of Business Administration graduates. UP CAP eventually expanded to cater to penultimate and undergraduate students of the College of Business Administration. Now, UP CAP serves the undergraduate, penultimate, and graduate students of both the College of Business Administration and School of Economics.

CAPPRENTICE
CAPprentice is an immersive and fast-paced internship program for freshmen and sophomore students from the College of Business Administration and the School of Economics, as well as juniors from BAA. This program aims to give interns an exclusive experience of working in the UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP), including taking part in department-specific projects and the organization’s biggest events of the year, including the Career Fair.
CAPATID
In its 36 year history, the UP Career Assistance Program has always executed initiatives that aim to give back to communities that need additional support. CAPatid is the organization’s official CSR arm that aims to partner with select organizations for a cause and to engage with and commit to serve different communities.
